While this tool can manage to edit FormMax created forms, it protects the design from any type of modification. User can print or fax the forms which are edited with this tool. One can manage to send either data or a complete form in an email with just one click.
As FormMax has embedded databases, during form filling one can open a blank template and fill it up with different sets of data. The different data in a form template is shown under various tabs which help users to identify the data filled for other forms too. The overall processing time is low with this tool and it is user friendly too.
FormMax Filler can highlight the filling area, making it easy for various novice users, along with the capability to search data from the form. This is an absolute free & great tool as a companion to the tool called FormMax. |
